This small modern garden in Leigh-on-sea was designed to be low maintenance. After many years of enjoying and maintaining a large country garden it was time for a change and our client downsized to a smaller property. We created a series of rooms in a small space, an area for entertaining under the pergola, soaking up the sun in the comfortable seating area and drinks at the bistro table by the house.
