This previously overgrown area on a large woodland property in Epping was transformed into a useable space for the whole family. The bespoke garden room has all the amenities required for adults and teens to entertain, complete with cloakroom, kitchen, bar and lounge areas. A bifold bar window opens out onto the pergola covered dining area. A further lounge area provides additional seating outside. Luxury finishing touches include bromic heaters, a corradi bioclimatic pergola, an in-lite lighting system and sonos speakers. Woodland planting surrounds the area in keeping with the setting. A multi-sport court for basketball, football and more sits close by under the trees, screened with fencing to avoid stray balls. A natural bark path links these areas to the rest of the garden.
