This year has been particularly special, filled with achievements and celebrations. Our 30th Anniversary celebrations brought the team together with a variety of charity fundraisers. Our proud founder Sean also celebrated his 60th Birthday and walked his eldest daughter down the aisle. Our design and landscaping teams completed over 100 designs and a record number of 30 landscape builds. Pergolas, swim spas and hot tubs continued to be popular, but we also saw an increase in swimming pool and sports pitch requests. We remained focused on our training and development programs and investment in the latest technology and machinery. The team’s efforts were rewarded throughout the year, we were shortlisted for ProLandscaper’s Best Design and Build Company 2024; we were commended by BALI for our high standards in construction and our commitment to our employees in their latest Quality Assessment; and our Landscape Manager Izaak made this year’s ProLandscaper 30 under 30 list! In April, we celebrated our Anniversary and took on the challenge to support 30 Causes for 30 Years of Cube. We asked everyone in the team to pick a charity that was close to their heart and ensured these were included in our fundraisers. Sean took on his usual impressive feats, including 5 Sprint Triathlons in 5 days for Children with Cancer UK. In the spirit of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, the team took part in our very own ‘Cube Olympics’, covering the 300-mile distance from Chelmsford to Paris in their chosen sports. Everyone got involved and stayed active over the Summer, including the team’s families and four-legged friends, raising over £1000 for six charities. We have also had some fun indulging in delicious cakes at our Macmillan Coffee Morning, and most recently, some of the team took part in Movember, proudly growing their moustaches to raise awareness for men’s health. Having supported 20 charities so far, we now have 10 more to go, which we aim to complete by April 2025. We’re looking forward to raising awareness for even more amazing causes next year and want to THANK YOU all for your support to date
In-house, our Designers have been working closely with our Project Manager Myles, to deliver a seamless and personalised experience from the initial consultation through to the final finish. This collaborative approach ensures that every project is executed with attention to detail, clear communication, and a focus on bringing the client’s vision to life. We have also recently invested in cutting-edge equipment to accelerate the rendering process, allowing us to deliver high-quality visuals to our clients more quickly. This investment will not only improve our efficiency but also provide clients with additional renderings and visuals, ensuring they can fully visualise their project at every stage. We’re looking forward to showcasing our enhanced design presentations in the New Year and can’t wait to share these exciting updates with you!
Onsite, our Landscape Manager, Izaak, has been diligently overseeing our landscaping teams. Completing 30 builds this year alone, our teams have worked on a diverse range of complex projects, including the transplanting of multiple mature trees, the construction and renovation of retaining walls and the installation of drainage solutions. In October, Izaak was honoured with the prestigious 30 Under 30 Class of 2024 award at Futurescape, recognising his dedication to the landscape industry and his exceptional talent at such a young age. His leadership on-site, combined with his commitment to training and supporting our landscaping teams, continues to drive the success of our projects

Long-term investment remains key in our vision for the future of Cube. This year, we made strategic purchases, including new trucks, to streamline the management of multiple simultaneous projects. Additionally, we invested in an Avant road sweeper to ensure that our larger projects stay clean and organised, further enhancing efficiency and the quality of our work
